No just me  Me and my boyfriend got to tulum on Saturday everything was fine. We went to a beach club yesterday and I was fine today I had chicken tacos from a really good restaurants I took a nap and when I woke up I had this sharp pain in my lower stomach and it won’t go away my whole stomach looks like I’m pregnant even tho I’m not from how bloated my stomach is. I almost fainted. It happened Just today it started later this afternoon , We ate tacos today | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain
