When I woke up, I felt like vomiting and instantly went tp the bathroom to release stool. The color of my stool is black and it was wet. The day before, I finished eating a whole box of oreos with 9-10 packs (3 cookies each pack) so I suspect that's why my stool became black. But I feel nausea and have no energy to talk. I also feel lower back pain. My stomach is bloated. According to my research it's called Gastroentritis but ny dad suspects it may be Galstone. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Bloating
