Ate meatball with spaghetti yesterday.Started to have diarrhea (totally liquid) multiple times today. Wanted to vomit but nothing came out.
This is the 2nd time it has happened after I ate their meatballs...previous time last yr was even worse because I ate a whole plate of meatballs. Ended up having explosive diarrhea for 2 days and bad vomiting on the 2nd day requiring injection.
Now it's happening again and the common denominator is that I ate meatballs the day before. Not sure why though because my family also ate them but they are OK, maybe I'm just more sensitive to food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
