Thursday 08/03/33. Lunch at 12:30PM. Had the Southern Lovin salad. Had some kind of bacon on it. 5:00PM had bad cramps. Started vomiting around 6:00PM. Also diarrhea. Severe stomach cramps. Couldn't keep water down. Vomited all night. Friday around noon was able to drink water. Friday no vomiting but still stomach cramps. Not hungry. Saturday noon. Still have severe stomach cramps and low grade fever. If it doesn't get better by this evening going to the ER. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
