My husband and brother-in-law ate lunch at this Mexican restaurant on Wednesday. My son ate his dad’s leftovers at home the next day. It was delayed onset, but it hit them both Friday morning. Hubby and brother have had 36 hrs of pure hell with simultaneous vomiting and diarrhea, horrible cramps, and fever. It hot my son this morning, exact onset timeframe from when he ate the leftovers. It’s not a stomach virus — we’ve had plenty of those. It’s very violent food poisoning. I might take our son to the hospital. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
