Wednesday afternoon, inspectors declared Delicias Grill, 375 Georgesville Road, a "danger to public health," and issued the business owner an emergency cease and desist order. There were trays of uncovered meat, sauces and drinks holding at a dangerous 52 degrees inside the walk-in cooler; bugs crawling on food cutting boards; filthy floors and stacks of dirty dishes. The restaurant also stored food inside an old trailer parked behind the building.A nearby dumpster is filled to the brim with trash removed from inside the restaurant.
Delicias Grill will remain closed until it gets back Up To Code, and passes inspection.
