Wednesday afternoon, inspectors declared Delicias Grill, 375 Georgesville Road, a "danger to public health," and issued the business owner an emergency cease and desist order. There were trays of uncovered meat, sauces and drinks holding at a dangerous 52 degrees inside the walk-in cooler; bugs crawling on food cutting boards; filthy floors and stacks of dirty dishes. The restaurant also stored food inside an old trailer parked behind the building.

A nearby dumpster is filled to the brim with trash removed from inside the restaurant.

Delicias Grill will remain closed until it gets back Up To Code, and passes inspection.
