Closure Date: 08/19/2022Cockroach infestation. An inspector visited in response to a complaint that someone found a dead roach in their take-out order. The inspector found about 20 live and five dead or dying roaches in multiple locations, including under the tortilla shelf, on the wall next to the stove and under the dishwashing sink. There was one other critical violation: Numerous containers of food were at unsafe temperatures, including items in refrigerators that needed repair and raw intestine that had been left out to thaw for three hours on the dishwashing sink drainboard.
