Severe Symptoms Post-Salad - Tarantella, Medford New Jersey

Last few days, Probably lettuce Sick starting Sat. 2/5/22, day after eating the salad. Fatigue and aches, pains first, progressing to severe acid reflux and regurgitation and vomiting on Monday 2/7/22. Fever on Sat, Sun 2/5 and 2/6. Severe pain behind sternum, could not hold down anything 2/7. Went to urgent care and given Zofran. Diarrhea, watery and dark, started today, 2/8. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Fatigue, Nausea, Chest Pain, Heartburn, Acid reflux
