Cereal Causes Stomach Issues - Target, Ontario California

Bought a family size box of Multi-Grain Cheerios. Had a couple of small bowls with almond milk. About 20-30 mins later, felt lots of movement in my stomach and the onset of diarrhea.
Almost 24 hrs later, still have bloating, stomach pain, and gas.
I had an issue with this type of Cheerios in the past but thought it was just a one-off. Never again. Horrible feeling. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Gas
