I got a pre packaged ham and Swiss sandwich from the deli. Ate it at 6pm last night and woke up to projectile violet vomiting at 4am. It's now 2 pm and I still can't hold on to water. That is the only thing I ate all day. Headache and vomiting are the worst symptoms the rest comes and goes. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Headache
