Good and Gather Shredded ChickenThis chicken is supposed to be cooked, and I unfortunately put it over a salad for lunch. That evening I experienced nausea, vomiting, cramping, and diarrhea. All symptoms lasted until the evening the next day. I vomited so much that I was vomiting bile. (A bright forest green color, by the way.) If you buy their Good and Gather Shredded Chicken, always cook it!!!!
The risk for food poisoning is probably high in all the Good and Gather Shredded Chicken that all their stores sell. This occurred several months ago, end of March. It was reported to the CA DPH. But they never followed up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Bile
