Felt fine all day and made a large Marie calendar chicken pot pie from the target frozen section in Sandy, Utah. Followed instructions on box. 30-45 minutes later started to feel nauseous. 2 hours later I had a headache and nausea had worsened. 3 hours later I started having diarrhea and then vomiting about 15 minutes later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
