Ate about 8-10 mini chocolate donuts in the late evening. Woke up in the middle of the night with extremely severe sharp stomach pain. It came in waves. I took Pepto Bismol and laid on my right side on the floor since this usually helps pass things in the intestines. Ended up having diarrhea and burped a few times. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Burping
