- comments: found no paper towel on the hand sink in the front prep serving area. Instructed that all hand sink must be provided with paper towel. All the times. Manager provided the paper towel during inspection. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c)citation issued.

Instructed management that managers with a city of chicago sanitation certificate is required to have the allergen training certification. - #51- 5-204. 12- back flow prevention device not located at ice maker front area. Must install so back flow prevention device may be located to be serviced and maintained. #55-501. 114- instructed to detail clean and organize rear and basement storage areas and remove unnecessary articles due to potential pest harborage and remaining items must be properly stored and elevated 6' inches off the floor for easier cleaning. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued.
