Undercooked Pork Causes Illness - Taverna Ristobar, Assisi Umbria

On january 2nd 2018 party of four of us ate lunch here. 2 of us had the sliced roast pork but 3 of us ate that pork. Within approximately 12 hours all three have severe diahorrea. Now 2 days later one of these three, aged 88, now shitting blood and also nauseous and will be going to the doctor this evening. We believe the pork was not cooked or heated to a high enough temperature. Will repost if there is any more to report. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
