The pasta bake carbonara (large ready meal) is something I have bought once a week this month due to its cheapness and ok at best taste. But every time I eat it, I end up with a really bad stomach. I am rushing to the toilet every hour or so to what feels and looks like urinating out my anus, this proceeds for at minimum 24 hours and does not happen when I make my own with home pride or similar sauces, panchetta and pasta. Very painful stomach and constant nausea as well as diahorrea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
