Mackerel Illness: Fever, Diarrhea - Tesco, Liverpool England

Purchased mackerel in plastic packet on 9 April 2024 and kept it properly chilled in my fridge. Cooked it in my air fryer on 10 April and 15 minutes after eating it I developed a fever and headache then diarrhoea. I feel that it must have been contaminated fish rather then an allergic reaction as I have eaten mackerel before without any reaction. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache
