Had dinner tonight with 3 other people. We all ate the same exact meals for the most part with exception I had grilled bbq chicken breast. About 45 mins after eating I got horrible gas. Within 20 mins of that I had explosive diarrhea. I mean every little bit of whatever was in my body came flying out. Peeing from my butthole. Some of the food was not even digestied yet. Been in bathroom off and on all night | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
