Takeout Illness: Nausea, Vomiting - Texas Roadhouse, Avon Indiana

I didn't eat all day. I order catry out. Ate my food around 9pm. Around 3am I started to feel like the food was coming up. I sat up for 30 minutes hoping my stomach would settled. Went back to bed. Around 6am I started to have diarrhea. Then 30 minutes later I started vomiting. All morning long towing up and having diarrhea. My stomach was in so much pain, so I decided to go to immediate care. The Dr administered a shot to my right shoulder, and prescribed me some medicine. I felt terrible for two days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
