Dinner time 5/24/23. I had a salad first. By the time I was eating my steak I was feeling full and bloated. Stopped eating. Got home and had intense stomach pain. I vomited around 9pm and again at 2am. I was the only person in my party to have a salad.
The next day (right now) I’m feeling weak and lightheaded and had to miss work and an evening event. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain, Weakness
