June 11,2023 The ribs I got very sick within 2 to 3 hrs became very ill.this was on Sun went to ER Tues could not hold anything down everything going straight thru me. Went home no better went to different hospital after fainting falling broke 4 bones in left foot.this was on Thursday evening. I was there until Monday. I really thought I was going to die after they took the iv off on Sat. I notified the health department after I got home. They did an inspection and found they formed me the were not keeping their ribs cold enough. Since then they have replaced their kitchen equipment. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
