Came in Sat Sept 20th at 1pm for lunch with friends. We all got steaks. 2 of us got side salads including myself. My friend noticed brown lettuce in her garden salad and picked it out, I got a ceasar salad and it was not very cold and the lettuce was kind of flat, not crisp. I just assumed from the dressing. The next morning at 4am I was woken with severe cramping and excessive sweating, diarrhea and vomiting. This has persisted for the past 17 hours. I plan to see a Dr if im no better. It was the onky thing I've eaten in 2 days now. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
