Additional Information: Ate caeser salad, part of a medium well, smothered, butterfly’d sirloin, and bread. Approximately 5 hours after meal had nausea, quickly followed by watery diarrhea and simultaneous vomiting. Contents of digested salad came up. Currently suffering from stomach cramps, chills, and watery stool. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
