On August 30 from their salad. I was the only one to get sick and the only one who ate salad. A friend of mine went August 31 and ate the salad and same symptoms., The house salad with romaine lettuce Still can not eat any solid food after 3 days or will vomit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
