Happened about almost week before June 7th 2025. I had a chicken critter salad there and about week later I was hospitalized. I was having diarrhea with mucus and blood, incontinence, fever, chills, and hallucinations. Went to baptist and was diagnosed with e. Coli and sepsis. My heart rate got down to 38 and my blood pressure dropped and had to be put in the ICU. I ended up missing half of my brother's wedding and send off, that's how I remember the date, June 7th. I know it was the salad cause I was the only one that ate it outa my family and got sick. Im just so thankful it wasn't my daughters. Truly a tramatic experience | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Mucus in Stools, Bloody Stool
