Picked up a Togo order of Family sized chicken strips. Included sides and a large salad. 2 to 3 days after eating the meal, I developed muscle aches, fatigue, severe headache, chills, diarrhea and fever. This has been going on for 4 days now. I am the only one in my family that got sick and the only one that ate the salad. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Fever, Headache, Chills, Fatigue
