Had a house salad and country fried sirloin with brown gravy and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. This is the 2nd time within a 2 week period that I ate the same thing from the same location and got sick with stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, and headache.

Sirloin Steak Causes Illness

Sirloin strip medium well. Everything looked and tasted good. Other foods were shared; that steak is the only thing I was the only one to eat.
