Had a house salad and country fried sirloin with brown gravy and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. This is the 2nd time within a 2 week period that I ate the same thing from the same location and got sick with stomach cramps, nausea, diarrhea, and headache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache
