Dined at 7:40p on Oct 22, 2021. Wife ordered salmon (the only one in our party). It didn't taste great and she only at half but did not send it back. The only other food she ate that day was breakfast (at home) where she and I both had the same thing. I have not had any symptoms and feel fine. She has been basically bed (and bathroom) ridden since the middle of the night on the 22nd and is just now starting to feel slightly better. I have reported this issue directly to TR via their Contact Us website and the state of Texas at foodestablishments@dshs.texas.gov. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
