Severe Illness After Meal - Texas Roadhouse, Ashland Kentucky

I ate on Feb 19 at Ashland Ky Texas roadhouse at about 11:30 am within 4 hours i was deathly ill with severe nausea vomiting and diarrhea today is Feb 21 symptoms are still severe especially the diarrhea cannot even drink water or gatorade without water diarrhea. I am certain this is some type of food poisoning as i never ate anything else entire day. I contacted restaurant thru website no response. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
