Food Safety Report: TGI Fridays.

TGI Fridays
My wife and I were returning from Pennsylvania and thought we'd get a meal in from one of our favorite restaurant chains. I wish there was a way to give negative stars and to be able to prove my accusation: we were both as sick as dogs for the entire week starting from Sunday evening. My wife is doing a bit better but I'm still showing severe symptoms of food poisoning. The weird thing is that we suspected something was up when we were there. The place was not busy at all but my wife's steak took over an hour to prepare. My bisque came almost instantaneously but was cold. It tasted strange but I figured it's just prep differences. My wife's meal tasted weird and she didn't eat it all - very strange for her because she loves her some steak! I think that our request to sit at a different spot to where the waiter placed us precipitated these turn of events. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
