My husband had the most severe reaction to eating shrimp from Thai Wat. Ended up in the ER for intense pain after violently vomited multiple times, pain was in esophagus, tingling in hands, feet, and face, unable to get warm. Pain subsided after a few hours but drinking and taking nausea meds made things worse. The wait was 12+ hours so we went home and he has been resting. Never seen him in so much pain in our whole marriage. No allergy to shrimp, ate some not even a week ago. Ate shrimp pad Thai at 5:30pm, debilitating nausea at 7pm, diarrhea around 9pm, then shortly after that vomiting, the severe pain hit at 12am, got to the ER by 12:30-1am. Waited till 4am and went home and got to sleep by 5am. Currently still sleeping, weak and headache | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Weakness
