Lobster Meal Leads Illness - The Capital Grille, Baltimore Maryland

Ate there on December 29. Had a wedge salad and a lobster tail. Finished around 7pm and had chills, fever, diarrhea and vomiting by 10:30pm. Threw up until approximately 5am and have spent the entire day today in bed. Cannot eat and still nauseous but have not vomited again, thank God. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
