After ordering a chicken salad for lunch, I woke up that night with a burning pain in my stomach. I spent an hour in the bathroom purging for 48 minutes (according to my Oura ring). My stomach was in so much pain and I threw up and pooped everything out. I ended up finally being able to go back to sleep after cold chills and felt very weak and exhausted the next day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
