Skinnylicious Factory chopped salad, On March 22, 2023 I ate here at approximately 7pm. I order the skinnylicious factory chopped salad which is what I usually order. My 1am I was experiencing uncontrollable diarrhea and severe cramping. By 2am I started violently vomiting. I was in the worst pain of my life on my hands and knees in my bathroom. I have never been that sick before in my life. I am a dietitian and understand foodborne illnesses, I am certain that mine was caused from the skinnylicious Factory chopped salad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
