January 11, 2026 Ate a salad only Had to wait more than two hours to be seated, spoke to a manager regarding treatment of reception area. Watched large groups being taken in and we had a group of seven (4 adults and three small hungry children included a 17 month old). I was very frustrated to keep telling me hours later that it's going to be another hour, then 30 minutes before I spoke to a manager I do not want to eat at another Cheesecake Factory right now. Had a miserable night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
