I was there three months ago for lunch. I ordered the All American burger medium well. As I ate it I realized it was extremely pink in the middle. I didn't send it back, because it took a long time to come out in the first place. That night I became nauseous and vomited all the food. I couldn't even keep water down for an entire day, and I had a fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
