My daughter was admitted to AI DuPont Children’s hospital on Monday 11/4 for dehydration, chills, fever, severe stomach pains and diarrhea. She started to have bloody stool which was tested by the hospital and came back positive for C diff and Salmonella. She ate a rib eye steak on Friday night 11/1. She started getting the chills and not feeling good Saturday night and started with diarrhea 3am Sunday morning and has been in the hospital with continued diarrhea and stomach pains since Monday. She’s now had diarrhea for 67 hrs. She has been losing more fluids from the diarrhea than she can keep in through IV. No discharge date yet. She been receiving IV fluids for her dehydration, pain meds for the severe stomach pains and now antibiotics for the c diff and Salmonella. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Bloody Stool, Dehydration, Stomach Pain, Chills, Fever
