Ordered the Thai chicken lettuce wraps for dinner. Around 2:30am, I had stomach pain and felt like I was going to throw up. I threw up about every 15 minutes for 3 hours. I still feel horrible but symptoms not as bad. I will not be returning, this ruined the restaurant. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
