I had the Cobb salad on Thursday, April 21st and by morning Friday April 22nd I was projectile vomiting and not able to keep any liquids down. I had to go to the hospital to be rehydrated, but still can’t keep anything down. I’m on Day 6, went to a doctor who confirmed that I have E. Coli | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
