Steak Medallions Illness Symptoms - The Cheesecake Factory, Santa Clara California

I ate there June 9 at 1:30pm.
Had the Skinnylicious Steak medallions with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms & mashed potatoes. I only ate half a portion and iced tea. Around 5:30pm became violently ill, diarrhea, nausea and painful cramping.
