I ate stuffed chicken tortillas , side salad tea bread that they bring out , had not eaten that day , it was about 3:00 . Left there with next door to Barnes & Noble walked in started getting sick probably half hour after leaving the restaurant spent 1 hour and Barnes and Nobles restroom puking throwing up cold chills hot chills headache never been this sick in my life but I did tell my sister the salad tasted funny how about gone to the doctor yet we live 2 hours away from home my sister is an RN | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
