I spent the day eating apples, and carrots, your basic, healthy, non irritating foods. I ordered a piece of cheesecake as a treat on my day off, ate it at 10, and by 5 AM I was wakened by an ecruciating stomach pain. I used the restroom twice, and it calmed down, but now I’m hit with a second wave at work, this time with vommiting too. I generally feel okayish, just my body is trying so hard to dispose of all remnants of what I ate. I’ve never had this issue before, but after reviewing symptoms, I’m convinced it’s food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
