Additional information: I had bloodwork done for a high heartrate at the ER and my white blood count was high—-over 18,000. I didn’t mention my food poisoning to the ER doctor because I was so upset about my high heart rate, I could only think of my heart. I will call the ER and let thedoctor know about my food poisoning.
