Stouffer's Large Mashed Potatoes and Meat Loaf Frozen
About 2 hours ago my mom ate a Stouffers mashed potatoes and meat loaf frozen dinner that had 2 meat loaf patties in it. When she was about half way done the second she said it smelled like poop and she couldn't figure out why. So sje looked at it and couldn't see any obvious signs of spoilage. Do she stopped eating it and immediately felt slimy in her mouth and vomited. Then she vomited two more times. This was purchased from Fresh Grocer supermarket on 56th and Chestnut yesterday on December 31, 2024. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Something else
