Ate "The Blazing Bird" salad at 6PM, vomiting started around 11PM and continued until 3AM.Others in our party ordered different (non-lettuce based) salads and were fine. Maybe there is a clue here?
We have enjoyed many salads from this business in the past. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
