I ate the chicken plate with rice, red sauce and white sauce. The chicken did not taste good like usual and I only ate half of the plate. Only thing I consumed all day. When I got home 4 hours after eating, I laid in bed and started having extreme stomach cramps. I went into the bathroom and sat for a while, getting light headed and couldn't decide if I needed to vomit or what but the cramps kept intensifying and then I started to sweat profusely all over my face, neck and chest. I tried sitting on the toilet and felt as if I were going to pass out or faint. I then ran to my front door for some air and started to black out but managed to get to the door quick enough and use the cool air to wake myself up and not pass out all the way. After a few minutes when I came to and could stand, I had to run back to the bathroom urgently and had explosive diarrhea and vomited a few minutes later. The entire episode lasted about 20 minutes before I felt okay again and stopped sweating. I now feel weak and exhausted. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Sweating, Cramps
