Dec 3 at Hearth restaurant in US DEPARTURES at 6-6:30 am Had a veggie omlette - something in it tasted off. Perhaps the mushrooms? 48 hours later I suffered severe vomiting that continued throughout the night, then severe diarrhea and stomach cramps. Diarrhea subsided but severe cramping still ongoing. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Nausea
