On Sunday 8/31 my husband, and I had lunch at the Henry in Carlsbad. My husband enjoyed the roasted turkey French dip with no issue. I have the sprouts and squash salad, which was delicious. About five or six hours later I became very ill with diarrhea and vomiting. My symptoms persisted through the next day. I’m feeling better but not 100% today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
