Ordered take out Thursday night. Ordered the pappadelle with meatballs/sauce w/ an extra side of meatballs. I only ate the meatballs from the side order that night for dinner and stored the rest in my fridge for dinner the following night. I ate the remainder last night around 9:30, and went to bed shortly there after. I woke up and had to run to the bathroom around midnight with incredible stomach cramps. I continued to get sick throughout the night until I finally passed out again. This morning I was in even more pain and have gotten sick often throughout the day, including vomiting, fever, chills, etc. My stomach cramps are the worst and feel like my intestines are in a vice. Hopefully this goes away soon, because I don’t think I have anything left in my body. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
